I joined gym, started eating more fruits, tracking calories and walking every day also, I tried to maintain a regular sleep schedule and stay hydrated throughout the day.

I have never stayed in a hostel, but I think in a hostel we should eat on time and try to eat healthy food. Drink clean water and do some exercise or walking every day. Sleep well and keep the room clean. Also, talk to friends and stay happy😊.

First, Having dry fruits and enough water helped me a lot especially when the food was dull.
Second, Friends to uplift my mood and bad days.

When I stay in the hostel, I made sure to keep a simple routine to stay healthy. I tried to eat balanced meals as much as possible, even if it meant carrying some fruits or nuts from home. I stayed active by going to gym or taking walk after dinner or doing quick stretches in my room, especially during long study hours. Sleep was a challenge, but I aimed for at least 6 hours consistently. I also kept a water bottle handy to stay hydrated and avoided too much junk food or late-night caffeine. Lastly, I made time to unwind—sometimes chatting with friends or just stepping outside for fresh air—to keep my stress in check.
