How to Build IMMUNITY?

As most of us are nowadays sitting indoors our immunity is not upto the mark of our ancestors who used to spend majority of their time outdoors. As a result new generation is prone to viral diseases just like allergies, rhinitis, common cold.

So true! Our immunity seems to be paying the price for modern comforts. I’ve found that regular physical activity, exposure to sunlight, and even practices like cold showers and natural foods can gradually help recondition the immune system.

Eat proper food , avoid junk food , exercise daily , be active , meditate , travel do everything you love!

To build good immunity, we should eat healthy food like fruits, vegetables, and dry fruits. Drink warm water and do light exercise or yoga. Get sunlight and sleep well. Less mobile, more outdoor games help too. This way we can stay strong and avoid common cold, allergies, and other sickness.

Yes, it is absolutely correct as it is proved by decreasing average lifespan of population. And one of the main reason behind this is - compromisation in immunity.
And these changes are mainly happening because of our sedentary lifestyles such as poor Sleep cycle, poor eating habits, lack of mobility in everyday life.
