Weight loss is all about balancing energy.

  • eat more fibres to prevent rebound hunger
  • start your day with proteins
  • workout 5Ă— week
  • 10k steps daily
  • avoid junk food & sugary drinks
  • be active ( don’t stay at one place for more than an hour ..keep moving )
  • eat dinner early
  • don’t sleep immediately after having a meal
  • avoid skipping meals bcz it could lead you to overeating in your next meal
  • drink alot of water
  • take anti-inflammatory diet including berries , ginger , turmeric , chia seeds etc which will help you lose water weight due to inflammation in your body

This is homemade remedies you can try:

just don’t eat in excess amount, cut the amount of food, no need of diet, eat in planned way like incorporate more protien, fibrous diet.

What everyone is saying is absolutely right: eating clean, walking 10,000 steps a day, and increasing water intake all work. From my experience, I was able to lose over 30 pounds within a year. However, I regained half of that weight within another year because I became less active(LAZY). The only advice I would give you is to make sure you go to the gym at least four times a week, and during those sessions, target more than one muscle group. Additionally, try to avoid sugar as much as possible and limit yourself to eating twice a day. You see, I have seen people overcomplicate stuff; they make a humongous list and try to follow it, and eventually fail within 10 days. The only way you will lose weight is to incorporate these healthy activities as a general part of your daily life. If you do that, you will see results.

Intermittent Fasting is the way to go along with daily physical exercise. Eat 80% of the hunger.

If you wanna lose weight then take fiber rich diet.

If you can join gym then good otherwise you can lose your weight through a long and fast walk in the morning as well as evening.

Main thing is your diet.

  • Most important is what you eat if you can balance that half of the struggle will end .

dont pressurize and force yourself and your body into it, and dont skip meals! eat clean , workout do all the stuff but without being harsh on youself
