How do you keep your fitness and diet on track ?

As hostelers, getting adequate calories was always an issue, frankly due to busy and hectic schedule, not too many choices in the mess and lack of awareness too. And that was probably the case with majority of us. I am talking about med school days. And physical exertion was never an issue as it involved a lot of walking.
But hope things have changed over the time.
So, I would say: Good breakfast will set the tone for a good day.

Must Include weight training in the schedule.
if gym not accessible then body weight training! Simple pushups,pullups,Squats,crunches.
Very difficult but include high protein sources in diet(daily protein requirements at least =1g *Bodyweight)
