Internship taught me more than just treating patients. Here are 3 simple lessons I still carry with me:
Teamwork
We worked together to get things done — from handling patients to helping juniors. No one can do it all alone.
Communication
We finally started talking to patients on our own. It felt good to be called “doctor” and speak with confidence.
Time Management
Finishing quotas, filling logbooks, getting approvals… all in one day! You learn to plan your time wisely.
These small things make a big difference in how we grow as doctors.
