•Finding the Right Clinic:
At first, there seem to be plenty of clinics hiring. But soon you realize, not every opportunity is the right fit. Some offer exposure, others just expect labor. Learning to choose wisely takes time—and a few wrong turns.
•Dealing with Patients:
Each patient is different. Some are kind and cooperative, others test your patience and confidence.
•The Role of Mentors:
Your mentor makes a huge difference. A good mentor uplifts, guides, and helps you grow. But some may criticize or belittle you instead of nurturing your potential. Learning to stand your ground, ask questions, and seek the right guidance is a key step in your journey.

Yes.. the mentorship matters a lot during your practice. A good mentor will help you learn new things and a bad one will ridicule you and destroy your interest in the subject. so learning and upskill always and continue to participate in CDE programs and be part of the regional dental councils.

I think we all learn and gain knowledge of normal to disease, it’s prevention and treatment… But no-one teaches us… How to become a professional after passing out
How to present ourselves
How to approach a clinic, a dentist or an hospital.
How the World works outside our college.
