Communication is important at any level.
It’s best if students get trained in college or even at the school itself.
More activities that improve communication should become and be kept as a part of the curriculum.

Team bonding through sports is a good idea!

Beyond patient interaction, medical professionals often lead interdisciplinary teams, advocate for public health initiatives, and communicate complex research to peers and policymakers.

At the college level, integrating case-based discussions, mock multidisciplinary meetings, and structured debate formats into the curriculum can sharpen these skills.

Encouraging reflective writing and peer feedback also builds confidence and clarity in clinical communication—critical for collaborative, high-stakes environments.
