As someone in medical profession, what are the tips you would want to tell people to maintain their mental hygiene as this is a major component for maintaining good physical health!?
That’s very important,because once you are mentally drained you can’t think properly to work physically
Mental hygiene is very important for happy and healthy life. Taking care of your mind is also important for your body.
I believe that Breathing techniques and exercising helps to flush out negativity and makes us feel better.
Taking the breaks between duty or study hours makes your brain and body recharge and prevent burnout
Mental hygiene is just as essential as physical hygiene. Personally, I find it helpful to open up to someone I trust during stressful situations, practice yoga or meditation, and simply slow down when needed.
By a good communication with others we can maintain a good mental hygiene. Regular sleep pattern, having a hopeful positive mind reflects a good mental hygiene.
Mental health is as important as your physical health. Much awareness is required amongst the people in the society about the importance of mental well being.

As someone in the medical field, I’d say, never skip regular checkups, stay updated on your vaccinations, and don’t wait till symptoms get worse. Prevention really is better than cure, and early action saves lives.
