One mental health tip that helped me was going for small evening walks. It made my mind feel fresh and gave me break from study stress. Even 15 minutes walk helped me feel better and more focused.
Gym, karate, and painting were a few things that kept me both physically and mentally fit. College life was the best period of my life till now. I used to go to the gym early in the morning. Then, college—after that, karate classes—and most importantly, I used to study daily too. I don’t know how I managed everything during my college days. Now, I’m juggling only with my job. Don’t try to do all at once. Do one task at a time, and if that task it too big then divide that task into smaller subtasks and finish each subtask slowly. After finishing each task reward yourself with a 10 min break. A short nap, 5min deep breathing, silent walks, talking to my loved ones, listening to My favourite music helps a lot to me.
