Student life can be overwhelming—assignments, exams, expectations.
But sometimes, just one simple habit can make a huge difference.
Whether it’s journaling, daily walks, or taking social media breaks…
What’s one mental health tip that truly helped you as a student?
Jogging is the best I mean imagine jogs in the morning are so beautiful, birds chirping, not much of a noise pollution, everything silent, trees looking extra green , sun rise , that is something I live for
Engaging in a stress management class, building your own self-care routine, and spending quality time with loved ones can significantly improve your well-being.
Yes, every medico can relate with this. And in my opinion it should be the part of life of every individual. In search of doing work, it is also necessary to take care of ourselves too
I mostly prefer to listen some music, painting, long walk, occasionally journaling and sometimes doing nothing.
One mental health tip that helped me was going for small evening walks. It made my mind feel fresh and gave me break from study stress. Even 15 minutes walk helped me feel better and more focused.
Gym, karate, and painting were a few things that kept me both physically and mentally fit. College life was the best period of my life till now. I used to go to the gym early in the morning. Then, college—after that, karate classes—and most importantly, I used to study daily too. I don’t know how I managed everything during my college days. Now, I’m juggling only with my job. Wish I could manage at least one activity along with my job. One of my favourite sketch: Himani Negi🌸 on Instagram: "After ages..... 🕉️🔱 #amateurartist"
