How can a Person achieve the POSITIVE HEALTH?

Recently I got to know about one term that is POSITIVE HEALTH.

If a person is in the state of well being from all the aspects such as physical, mental, social, economical, vocational, emotional and spiritual, then the health of such individual can be called as POSITIVE HEALTH.

In this hectic life schedules of all the people, especially all the medicos - what are the measures the people can take to have positive health?

Firstly hectic life does not define any profession. Even a sweeper have alots of things .
secondly having positive health cant be fully acquired, as job persons , students every one is suffering from tension , stress etc .

Positive health can be acquired by thinking positively. You are what you think

I think just try not to panic and try to be calm as much as you can .
Everyone has their own commitments and tensions but one should always try to be happy .

Protecting your own well-being makes you a better healer.

Making space for self-care activities like going for a massage once in a while when you are burned out, cooking and having healthy food and fresh juice etc

In my opinion, Positive Health should be a daily goal, not a luxury. Even small steps like 10 minutes of quiet reflection, a balanced meal, or an honest conversation can build long-term well-being. As medicos, we care for others — but caring for ourselves is just as essential.

Positive health reflect by having a good state of mind. One can maintain this by having a good sleep, balanced diet, communication with others, be it positive. Try to avoid negatives as much. Think in a positive way. Always see happiness in a small thing. Approach everything in a positive attitude and be positive.
