- Drink plenty of water.
- Massage head with fingers.
- Place ice cubes over forehead.
- Lay over a wet cotton piece of cloth.
- Sleep.
- Avoid mobiles and other screens.
Drink plenty water, don’t take stress and rest if you can.
Take some rest in a quiet and dark room, drink water, and try putting a cold cloth on forehead. You can also try gentle head massage or deep breathing. Sometimes, tea or coffee also helps if it is due to stress or tiredness.
put your feet in warm to little hot water at the same time put wet cold cloth on your forehead, this really helps like with migrains its my go to remedy
- Getting a good massage with oil is helpful .
- Also don’t use any electrical device it gives more stress to the eyes.
- Resting and having good amount of sleep is very helpful.
Sometimes, salt water can really help alleviate headaches. Staying hydrated is also crucial. Certain pranayam practices like Nadi shodhan(alternate nostril breathing), bhramari can be beneficial, taking rest can also help. These are some effective way to mitigate headaches. However if headaches persist one should consult a doctor.
