I have worked in an organization where gym facilities, zumba classes, yoga classes, indoor and outdoor sports training were provided for the employees and I personally felt that these factors had a reasonable impact on the workplace contentment, stress management and the overall employee well-being.

But there are many organizations with these facilities, and to avail it, people get no time, as their work routines are too stringent or they are not allowed by their managers/boss. If there are thousands of people working in that organization, you will find very few there in these spaces. So, I feel there has to be a dedicated time for it, so that one can avail it despite any work deadline or pressure or without the need of anyone’s permission. Besides, if anyone is feeling burnout or any other stress or anxiety or emotional overwhelm, there should be counselors there in the organization with an enclosed private space, so that well-being of someone can be taken care of with adequate privacy and compassion.
