How can I maintain gym while in 2nd year MBBS.

Gym is applicable in all years of MBBS. :blush::blush:

Gym… Can be a stress burster… If planned right , you’ll enjoy it along with your studies :raising_hands::raising_hands:

With time management.
After class you can go to gym and workout for about an hour and the rest time you can utilize for your studies.

Workout will help you a lot during your studies, believe me, and you will feel more confident if you have a fit body. If you are having a hard time creating a period for a gym session, why not just buy some dumbbells and work in your room? Sometimes it’s just our mind wants excuses not to work physically

Doing gym while studying for MBBS is a task, no doubt but as we know a healthy body has a healthy mind.

So taking out an hour rather chilling out or sleeping in daytime or watching a movie etc. is an option.
