Yoga is very useful. Medical science has recognized its significance and power.
However it is not for everyone.
Personally, I am not a yoga person. When I sleep or read a book - that is yoga for me.

A good option for keeping the body active for a sustainable lifestyle change. Especially for healthcare professionals. Reqiures minimal equipment and even 15-20 mins per day can make a difference for those with a time crunch.

Yoga helps us in maintaining a good, calm state of mind.
For stress relief, as looking to every job, anywhere or some how one will be stressed.
In tensed situation, just breath in and out will give relief to us.
