The best time to study is when u feel energetic and u want to study
There’s no such thing as morning or night it depends upon when u want to be productive, u will be !
Just see ur patterns and fix the time and follow it everyday
Be consistent in the same time everyday and u will be more productive than u were before
Exactly! @Dr.Nikhitha. Everyone’s different
That makes sense @Vinayak Early mornings are peaceful and the mind is fresh.
Absolutely @Nikita21 everyone’s rhythm is unique!
I too hear from my relatives that I should study early in the morning, but i can concentrate more during night times. It is important to read in the timings when a person is comfortable in and when they can be at their maximum activity.
Well Said.
It’s just what is best for you. There are no rules. Whatever supports you best, results in productivity. Personalize it noticing your most active time zones. Don’t burden yourself by picking up some rules and restricting yourself to it. I too am a night owl. But my most active time zone is evening. About sleep, again it differs from individual to individual. Mark the minimum hours of sleep you require to be perfectly productive the next day, without hampering your schedule.

-I prefer studying in the morning because, after waking up, my mind is fresh and alert, which helps me learn and understand things quickly, The morning hours are also quite, with no distractions, making it an ideal time for focused studying.
Advantages : Improved cognitive function, Increased productivity, Better health etc.
According to my experience
-
Initially, adjusting to an early morning study routine can be challenging. However, with time, your body will adapt, and you’ll start to notice the benefits.

I followed a rule of Sleeping Early and Waking Early, it helped me a lot during my school days as, I used to be an allrounder student managing sports and extracurricular activities along with my studies. By studying in the morning, I balanced my productivity and health, avoiding the negative effects of sleep deprivation, such as dark circles and fatigue.
I think it depends completely upon personal preference and routine. One cannot expect everyone to have the same lifestyle and time frames to get things done. As long as you are focused and energetic, any time of day should be fine.
It doesn’t matter you study in morning or night. The main thing is that he or she should be comfortable and focus on study. You should have proper sleep and peace of mind.
As such there is no best time for study the best time for study is that in which the person can make the maximum output. It is totally depend upon the individual preference and comfort of the body and mind.
Exactly @SakshiShah
Everyone works differently. Find what suits you best, stay consistent and don’t force yourself to follow someone else’s routine.
Totally agree @caryn! Everyone has their own rhythm and routine.
Morning study is best for both effective reading and good health
I suggest that it completely depends on that particular person.we don’t need to follow others routine.first we need to find our routine, and which time is more suitable to focus more for ourself. If it is morning it is good .if it is night that is also good.which is more suitable to you that is more important.
It varies on different persons. Morning persons are called as crow and night persons as owls.
Study in calm environment is good, not based on the time.
In my opinion, the best time to study depends on your personal rhythm. If you feel more focused and creative at night, then night study might work better for you. But for overall health and consistency, morning study aligns with your natural body clock, improves discipline, and helps you stay active throughout the day.
