Sleep is non negotiable.

There are a lot of us studying whole night for exam or spending the whole night for completing projects. It might feel okay for few times but continuous lack of sleep will really mess with our brain. Always remember that night’s are for your body and mind to rest and detoxify. Try sleeping for 6+ hours. Never skip sleep and don’t oversleep aswell.

I always work better with atleast 7 hours of sleep, rather than having none. People should know why sleep experiments were the most horrendous experiments conducted on humans

Sleep is truly essential for physical and mental well-being, it is good to be reminded of that despite how hectic life can get sometimes, while it is good to get sufficient rest, oversleeping is never ideal either. Balance is best and a fixed night-time routine is always helpful.

Absolutely true! Sleep is like a reset button for our brain. Skipping it regularly might help finish a project today, but it can affect memory, focus, and even mood in the long run. Balancing studies with proper rest is super important. Even a short power nap can make a difference sometimes.

Staying up all night for exams or projects might seem fine once or twice, but doing it often harms your brain and body. Nights are meant for rest and recovery. Try to get at least 6 hours of sleep not too little, not too much.

I dont understand how someone can stay awake whole night and attend a 3 hour examination next morning.

Absolutely agreed! While studying for exams or working on projects for one or two days with minimal sleep might be okay, regularly going without 7-8 hours of sleep can cause health issues, mind fog, focus, and concentration loss. So, we should balance everything and stay on the right track.

Yes I do agree with that sleep is essential for physical health, mental clarity, and emotional well-being. It supports immune function, memory consolidation, and cellular repair. Without adequate sleep, productivity drops, stress increases, and long-term health risks rise. Unlike other activities, sleep cannot be skipped or replaced. Prioritizing it is crucial for a balanced, healthy life—making sleep truly non-negotiable.
