I was a normal person until I discovered the hack of “more study time” during my 12th grade and then during my 2nd year of Bachelor’s I discovered magic of revenge bedtime procrastination.
It’s safe to say that I have been converted into a night owl from a normal bird?
On the other hand science says maybe we are built a certain way due to our genetic makeup!

It maybe a mix of both… maybe you can cope as a night owl better because of the gene?
