As a student, I often hear that waking up early is better for studying and good for health. But honestly, I feel I study better at night.
What do you suggest is the best time to study?
I’ve also heard from podcasts of people who cleared competitive exams that they studied only when they felt comfortable, sometimes just 2 hours a day, focusing more on smart work than hard work.
So, for both effective study and good health, what do you think is the best option?
I think there is no such thing like best study time…
I am a morning person I can’t study and focus at night so I wake up early and study.
I feel it is more of a personal choice.
The best time to study is the times you set up for yourself to get started with doesn’t matter if it’s dusk or dawn. Staying motivated is the only thing that matters.
I think the best time for study is early morning time i.e would from 3am - 6am.because at that time our mind is fresh and ready for the daily tasks.
The long night studies gives fatigue and stress which will appear whole day on our face and through our expressions.
Very true, Everyone is different. Some people study better in morning, some at night. Main thing is study when your mind is fresh and you can focus. Also take care of your health, sleep well, eat good, and stay active. Smart study is better than long study.
Its true that different people study better at different times so we should make a personalized study plan based on our schedule. For effective study and good health, we should observe when our body is most productive so we can study then and get good sleep other times.
I think there is no best time for study when you are comfortable and focus to study then do that time because you are at night or morning should be focus to study if you or not then there no helpfull while there is health issues also we can seen by sleeping disorders.
So when you are completely focused to studies then you should whether the time is in night or morning.
We can never say what’s the best time to study, as for everyone their preferences are different. Some people can efficiently study in the morning half as a restful sleep rejuvenate their minds and they feel that now their mind can grasp much. But there are some people who can do that at night, as they feel night-time provides more quietness and without any noise or disturbance around, they can study effectively. They also feel that, once they complete their study tasks of the day, they can sleep peacefully. So, everyone’s body is different and what their body can tackle is different. From good health viewpoint, morning time is considered good in comparison with the night time, as disruption in sleep at night or late sleep can impact the physiological and biochemical functions of the body, as at night our bodies perform restoration functions and they are essential for the maintenance of a good health.
It totally depends on Individual because it’s all about the concentration while studying if the person think that he has lot of focus studying at night or day so , it’s well and good.
I prefer to study at Night
It all depends upon the focus and interest some people will understand the topics while studying morning where as some people will understand the topics only at the night time when there is no sound around us just silence. i too prefer to study night times and my mind will be clear and i feel peaceful at night. resting at the time of afternoon when the semester exams are going on and reading at night balances the good health.
there is no best time for study. the time our brain and body feel good, we can start studying and the moment they have relaxed we can stop. it completely depends on personal choices and intereset.
I believe any time is fine, as long as you’re able to focus well. Personally, I prefer mornings the mind feels fresh, calm, and ready to start.
I like to study in the morning hours as I like to take rest.. but sometimes night time is better than day time for focusing on some topics that need more attention.
There is no defined best time to study. I prefer morning, while most of my friends prefer studying late nights. It’s totally upto the individual. Just choose which hours are you comfortable studying.

I think it verily depends on each person. Some might find it better to study at night and some at morning. On the context of keeping good health, morning time would be preferred as a good night sleep and proper rest is also important for our brain health and to remain active in the next morning.
Early morning is a good time to study as if we start studying in night the next day will be restless and not able to concentrate . Studying in night for one day is okay but continuing it may lead to lack of sleep better to study in early morning which makes you feel fresh
According to me there is no specific time to study when you are comfortable that’s the best study time whether it’s early morning or late night like i am comfortable at night.
The best study time depends on your concentration,peaceful mind.Mostly after having nap or good sleep you can get quality time for your productivity and health.
