Yoga teaching in educational institutions-Good or Bad idea?

Yoga is a strategic movement that provides a stretch and boosts metabolic rate, facilitating fat burn through smooth transitions and breathing-focused movements. This ancient practice encompasses various styles, including:

Hatha Yoga: Focuses on physical postures and breathing techniques

Karma Yoga: Emphasizes selfless service and action, cultivating a sense of detachment and spiritual growth

Power Yoga: A dynamic and intense style that builds strength, endurance, and flexibility

Iyengar Yoga: Emphasizes precise alignment, sequencing, and the use of props to develop strength, balance, and flexibility

Specific yoga postures, or asanas, target different organs and systems, such as:

Malasana: Supporting digestion and fertility

Balasana: Promoting hormonal balance

Surya Namaskar: A sequence of 12 transitions that engages the entire body

Bhujangasana: Strengthening back muscles and improving posture

Vrikshasana: Improving balance and focus

Shavasana: Reducing stress and promoting relaxation

Padmasana: Supporting meditation and spiritual growth

Padahastasana: Stretching hamstrings, calves, and hips, while promoting flexibility and balance

When combined with pranayama (breathing techniques), yoga can be a holistic practice that balances body circulation and overall well-being.
