Trying a new sport is so underrated. Doing a physical activity with a friend is fun and helps our health too. Thats the reason why padle and pilates are becoming popular.

This is such a refreshing reminder that weight loss can be social and fun, not just about cutting calories. My morning walks with friends are basically cardio + trauma-dumping therapy sessions cheaper than brunch and better for the waistline!
