Start small , don’t change your diet too fast it will fireback
Start by replacing sugar to jaggery in homemade sweets, chai
I know it will taste absurd at first but you should get used to it , that’s the point

Yes, once i realised this fact i totally changed my diet and it really helped. Add more fibre to your diet, eat clean, drink green juices. Do things to boost your immunity! Gut will thank you later.

To maintain gut healthy we have to start with small changes in diet from consumption of less spicy food ,fibrous food stuff , green veggies and fruits to diet and boost the immune system.

Good gut health is maintained by balanced diet. Eat fibre, protein, vitamin-rich food. Consume fruits as a whole than the juice, as it contains more dibre content. Including balanced protein and vegetables is a good diet plan. Don’t overeat. Regular exercise should be maintained. Give time for digestion before consuming next meal. Don’t lay down sudden after having food. While sleeping try to lay down over left side, it will helps in digestion.
