I’ve seen many people use protein powders consuming it as breakfast . Does it fulfill the daily requirement of proteins ? What’s your take on it? Is it better than pulses and all?
I think along with just protein powder addition of other nutritional foods is imp like for eg fruits , chia or flax seeds , etc
