In recent days especially who are in gym training take supplements and protein powders just because everyone is taking . So our food itself has many proteins and vitamins. Potato , chicken , egg white are rich in proteins . It is okay to take supplements and protein powder but in smaller amount . Always suggest foods than supplements.
