The only thing that kept me going on is coffee, regular intervals between study hours, and scheduling my syllabus to ensure its completion - these are the things which really help me to deal with such situation

Short break, coffee, and quality sleep

To deal with this problem sleep is the best solution for me

When my mind feels full and tired, I take short breaks to relax and stretch. Drinking water and fresh air also helps me refresh. It’s important to rest a little so I can study better later
