I’ve found that sleeping better makes a bigger difference than simply sleeping longer. Even if I get eight hours, if the sleep is fragmented or shallow, I wake up groggy. But when I manage six to seven hours of deep, uninterrupted rest, I feel sharper and more energized the next day. Quality sleep restores the brain and body in ways quantity alone can’t.

I focus more on sleeping better, not just longer. Eight restless hours can leave you drained, while deep, uninterrupted sleep truly restores energy and clarity. Quality sleep is what makes you wake up refreshed not just the number on the clock.

In my view, sleep quality is more crucial than sleep quantity. Poor sleep can lead to low concentration, tiredness, and mental health issues such as stress and anxiety. A proper 8-hour sleep cycle makes me feel more energized and focused in the morning rather than just lying in bed for hours.

I’ve noticed that screen time before bed affects my sleep quality more than I realized. Consistency really makes a difference. Well addressed!

Quality sleep over quantity, but I require at least six hours of sleep to function normally.
