Research isn’t just about having ideas, it’s about knowing how to turn those ideas into a scientific paper. I wish universities focused more on teaching the process of research not just the outcome.

Being fortunate enough to have mentors like these often feels rare. I think many of us have been in environments where seniority speaks louder than mentorship. But looking back, those experiences have also made us more independent and taught us how to find our own way, not just in research, but in life too.
I see your point but I don’t completely agree. While difficult environments can certainly build resilience and independence, they shouldn’t replace good mentorship. Having supportive mentors can help people grow without unnecessary struggles and missed opportunities.
Publishing research in good journals requires a well-planned execution of experiments and a structured way of representing the results and discussion. A thorough study of related research papers is essential for good manuscript preparation. I know most universities do not teach these basic manuscript preparation techniques. There are professional courses that teach these methods via. online mode.
Yes truly said. Sometimes this happens. Actually according to me every college every university should keep a session weekly or twice in month to understand exactly what is research articles how to find relevant topic and main how to write and publish article.
I am also a student i also feel sometimes but if we give positive approach to mentor or guide or preceptor they willingly do things and take innitiative.
