Being an early bird has always felt peaceful. Knowing that you have already started the day with planned events ahead, when half of the world is sleeping is what gets you motivated. Begining the day at your own pace, planning the future, calculating the possibilities feels like dopamine to me.
Being an early bird doesn’t always mean to waking up before everyone else. It can also mean reaching first, planning first or simply being mentally prepared. It’s often linked with discipline though that idea can be subjective. People follow their own rhythms, whether they are early or late - that choice is personal.
Being an early bird is more about mindset, it’s about choosing calm over chaos. What matters the most is finding your rhythm that brings peace and purpose.
When do you feel calm and productive - is it morning or later the day ?
