One Health Tip You Swear By but People Often Ignore

We all have that one golden rule we live by, be it drinking enough water, walking after meals, or sleeping on time.
But funny enough, when we share it, people either nod and forget or just don’t take it seriously.

:speech_balloon: What’s that one simple health tip you always follow but feel others underestimate?

Yes absolutely :100:

Drink water often.
If you are with negative people in negative environment, your body will also have the bad effects no matter how happy you want to be.

To walk atleast for 10 minutes after every meal.

The one health tip that I always follow, but not sure if others underestimate it or not, as my focus never went there; though I wish, more people know the health benefits behind this simple ritual that can be done to keep our mind with much contentment, to keep our body light and fatigue-free and to have a life that’s peaceful. The habit is journaling everyday (sometimes it’s the journaling within the mind through an awareness) at night before sleep, about the 4 things I’m grateful for, which happened that day. This helps me in reinforcing the concept “how enriching a life can be, if we can just have a look at it”.

This is something I would like to start, but I keep delaying it, by giving myself the reason of not having enough time.
