True that!
As the one who’s specialising in gut health I would recommend having dinner before 7 pm is the biggest game changer and could help with many gut problems like bloating indigestion n all
And keeping a time gap of 3 hours between dinner and bedtime

That’s true healthy food leads healthy life with some workout. I mostly prefer to start my day by drinking 2 glass of water. Then I start my work. I switched my full plate breakfast to minimal food with protein and fiber. Give 6 hours of gap then have some portion of lunch where I add daal small portion of rice and sabji. When I switched my eating habits I started feeling energetic and feeling positive.

I am more attached with the first one being a person who concentrates more on the hydration, as I feel it plays a signficant role in releasing the toxins out of the body successfully. Besides, consumption of sugary drinks during morning, afternoon, evening and night constantly results in glucose spikes in the blood and gradually it can the disrupt the function of insulin causing high blood glucose and this can lead to many diseases gradually like Obesity, Diabetes, Cardiovascular diseases, Hypertension, Stroke etc. Consumption of excess sugar can also assist in the growth of cancerous cells in the body. Coffee has some signficant benefits and it can be beneficial if one is drinking it moderately and without using sugar. I feel this habit is highly crucial towards the overall well-being of someone.

This is such an informative post for maintaing a better lifestyle.
I did start reducing my sugar intake by avoiding sugary drinks and swapping it with water. Also I have avoided fried snacks and started eating fruits or oats instead.
