Nap during the day- is it important?

I really love taking a nap during the day. Its a habit. It helps me feel relaxed and recharged. But sometimes it is also because I spend too much time browsing through my phone at bedtime and end up sleeping late. So I wonder, If we sleep early and have enough sleep of 7-8 hours, do you think day time napping is still important? Do you love taking day naps as well? If yes, is it your necessity or habit?

If u waking up early , taking a nap of 30 mins is fine or max 45 mins
But after completing 7-8 hours of sleep , a nap is usually not required
And phone scrolling is the major reason why people feel mentally exhausted these days.

Daytime naps are honestly the best little recharge, especially when I haven’t slept well the night before. But I have noticed that if I get proper 7-8 hours of sleep at night, I don’t feel the need for a nap—it becomes more of a habit than a necessity. Still, even a short nap feels refreshing sometimes! I think it depends on the person and their routine. For me, it’s mostly a habit now, but I do enjoy it when I get the chance.

After completing 7-8 hours sleep a day, I don’t think naps are necessary. Sometimes, napping during the day, can make you lose all motivation and energy

I would like to take nap during day time which makes me free and relaxed and if i slept in afternoon session i can wake up at night ( i know it is not a good practice but it is ok ) . It became a habit for me . And after handling cases if we take an nap it feels like heaven.

I don’t think day nap is necessary if you had a 7-8 hr proper night sleep. It can be more of a habit than a necessity. If you take day nap continuously for 2-3 days, you will automatically get the tendency to take a nap in the 4th day and thus it becomes a habit. It could be useful in case you didn’t had a proper sleep on the previous night and would help to relax your mind and body. But otherwise, it is just a habit.

Yes, I love it! Sometimes, when I am unable to study or feel mentally saturated, I just take a short nap. It helps me reset my mind, lift my mood, and come back with more clarity.

I don’t think taking a nap during the day is necessary if you sleep well at night. Getting 7-8 hours of sleep is enough. Taking naps longer than 30 minutes can make us feel lazy. My brother-in-law once advised me to avoid afternoon naps, saying it can make me feel lazy. Since then, I’ve avoided napping, but if I’m exhausted, I might take a 30 minute power nap.

I also love taking naps because it leaves us feeling refreshed, happier and more productive it is my necessity because i woke up early in the morning i feel drained or can’t work properly without a mid-day rest.

Short nap during the day can be a powerful tool for recharging your brain and body . But it is a supplement not a substitute for proper sleep at night.

I also take nap during day time so that that I do my study in night time when there is no disturbance and I can study with full focus and Concentration (I know it is not a good habit to sleep late ) but it works for me

Sometimes taking afternoon naps is okay; it can recharge us mentally and also make us more active physically. However, it shouldn’t become a habit that leads to laziness.

Nap during afternoon it is required and it has more benefits and it is clinically proven because it allows mind and body to rest without giving deeper stage of sleep it helps to charge your energy
