But Do you Know Sleeping too much typically more than 9–10 hours per night on a regular basis can affect our health .Here are Some Disadvantages
Increases Risk of Obesity
Excessive sleep can disrupt your metabolism and decrease physical activity levels, both of which can contribute to weight gain.
May Worsen Mental Health
Oversleeping is linked to depression, anxiety, and low energy levels. It can create a cycle of tiredness and lack of motivation.
Can Lead to Diabetes
Long sleep durations have been associated with poor blood sugar control and a higher risk of developing type 2 diabetes.
Increases duration of sleep can cause tiredness and the mind will be dizzy and can’t able to concentrate on work . So it is okay to sleep for 6-8 hours and the next day will be fresh.
I try to stick to around 7–8 hours of sleep each night, it helps me feel fresh and focused. Too little or too much sleep definitely throws off my energy.
Over slapping can make person lazy. Over sleeping can cause various health issues like mental health, increase in risk of obesity. I complete 7 to 8 hours sleep daily .
