Fruits as a whole can be better since the solid part of the fruit is good for fibers needed by the body that is filtered while we filter juice out of the fruits.

Eating whole fruits is better than drinking juice. Whole fruits have more fiber, which is good for digestion and keeps you full. Juice has more sugar and less fiber. So, for better health, try to eat fruits instead of drinking juice.

Fruit juices are full of preservatives and loads and loads of sugar apart from that their storage form also decreases their nutritional values over time.
If you really want to have fruit juices just make sure you get them freshly made. Also ask them:
•Not to add any kind of sugar
•Not to sieve it as it removes healthy fibres from fruits
•To give juice in disposable glasses
Also, fresh fruit juices are meant for immediate consumption and there is nothing better than consuming raw fruits.

Whole fruit is generally better than juice because it contains natural fiber, which aids digestion, slows sugar absorption, and keeps you feeling full longer.

-Juice, especially processed types, lacks fiber and often contains more sugar, which can lead to spikes in blood sugar and increased calorie intake.

-Whole fruits are also more nutrient-dense and satisfying, making them the healthier choice overall.

I always prefer having fruits over taking fruit juices for the same.

Also I want to add that, Packaged juice it way more unhealthy than we think… Unhealthier than cola. It is loaded with artificial colour, artificial flavor and to make it as sweet as a fruit , a lot of artificial sweetener is added as well.
Sometimes it just settles at the bottom of the bottle or tetra pack so we can see that it’s all artificial…

Eating the whole fruit is generally better than drinking juice. Here’s why:

  • Whole fruit contains fiber, which slows sugar absorption and aids digestion.
  • Juice often has more concentrated sugars and less fiber, causing quicker blood sugar spikes.
  • Whole fruit keeps you fuller longer, helping with appetite control.
  • Juice can sometimes contain added sugars or lose nutrients during processing.

Juices have higher Glycemic Index than the whole fruit.

Both whole fruits and juices have their benefits. Whole fruits provide fiber, which can help with digestion and satiety. Juices, on the other hand, can be a convenient way to get essential vitamins and minerals.

If you’re looking for maximum nutritional benefits, whole fruits are generally the better choice. However, juices can be a good option if you’re having trouble consuming whole fruits or need a quick energy boost.

Whole fruit is better than juice because it contains more fiber, digests slower, and helps control blood sugar. Juice lacks fiber and often has more sugar and calories per serving.

Intake of fruit as a whole is better than juice.
As it is solid, will make GIT to work to digest it.
Fresh juice is good but as it’s fluid it’s not better that whole fruit.

Eating whole fruit is generally better than juice because it provides more fiber, which helps with digestion and blood sugar control, and contains fewer concentrated sugars. Juice often lacks fiber and can cause a quicker spike in blood sugar, so from a medical perspective, whole fruits offer more balanced nutrition and health benefits.

Id always suggest to go with fruits as whole as they contain fibers and are good for guy health. Straining them can make them lose, either have it whole or grind and drink without straining (for babies and old people).
