If you don't give freshers opportunity how will you get experined candidate

like every time i had heard " WE NEED SOME EXPERIENCED PERSON " even for internship.
How will we grow , how will a fresher convert to experienced candidate if you reject again and again.

Honestly… That happens.. and that’s disheartening and frustrating everytime … But I feel one has to in multiple jobs, internship… And should not bother about the rejection as it’s the part of entire career aspect …

Ye sit is very true that in many jobs and internships they prefer experienced person over fresher although it is given that ‘opportunities for freshers’.it is very hard for freshers to find a job or internship.

Yes I have too experienced this while applying for the internship. Internship are meant to be learn then why the institution and organization wants experienced candidates.

I totally feel this frustration.
It’s unfair when even internships ask for experience how are we supposed to learn then? Everyone starts somewhere, and freshers just need one chance to prove themselves.
I hope more companies start supporting real learning and growth.
