I feel it’s a curse. People don’t hire freshers, claiming that they don’t have relevant experience. May I ask a question? If no one hires these freshers, how are they going to have experience and become fit for the role?

Exactly! Unless you actually give freshers a chance, how will you ever know what they’re truly capable of?
Just asking questions in an interview doesn’t reveal everything. Some people may know the answer but struggle to express it vocally. Others may understand a concept but they need the right terms to explain it.
Instead of judging based on a 10-minute conversation, why not give them a trial — even one month without stipend — and just observe their work. Actions speak louder than words. That’s when you’ll truly know if someone deserves the role or not.
All the experienced people were once freshers! 
I dont think its a curse. Freshers need one call or an interview to prove their worth and to tranform their lives, when the time is right!
Freshers often have fresh ideas, curiosity, and strong potential, but they’re overlooked simply because they’re new. Experience takes time, but talent and passion can be present from day one.
That’s so true, freshers need chance to show their skills, and ideas.
Being frseher can be both it depends on how you prove your worth in organisation and adapt with surroundings.
I think the growing numbers of fresher populations will eventually create their own startups and opportunities for growth and learning, so no, I think being a fresher could come very close to becoming beneficial in it’s own way as time passes.

Freshers are boon for industry as they have fresh ideas than the oldies. Enthusiastic person can learn more than the old one..
I personally feel being a fresher is a curse . No one is ready to hire fresher , If afresher didn’t get a opportunity how can they prove what they are capable with . Fresher have a lot of knowledge and potential but one opportunity can a give the direction and prove their worth .
