Acidity is one of the most common problems nowadays even children’s are being affected in high numbers! and the only solution that comes in our mind for this is antacid medicines.But here I’m going to mention the foods that one can consume to inhibit the acidity and get relief from minor level acidity.
1. Banana
Bananas have potential to use as antacid sometime as it form a coating to stomach lining and the potassium also helps to fight acidity.

Cold milk also helps in acidity by neutralizing acid effects and soothing.
