I have not tried green tea yet.But in my relatives one member has used this green tea for weight loss. But after consuming this for several months she faced the side effects like dizziness,muscle weakness, headache like that so in my opinion by consuming this green tea people are losing their weight but also facing the side effects too..

Green tea is good but in limited quantity. It has it’s own health side effects. I’m not saying that it’s completely bad, but having a lot of it is bad. Drink on alternate days or something like that.

I haven’t tried it yet, but i would recommend trying it in alternate days in limited quantity to avoid potential risk of toxicity.
