A proper and consistent hair care routine is essential to maintain a healthy scalp and hair, to promote healthy hair growth and to prevent damage like dandruff, split ends and breakages, and to boost the overall hair health. In our busy schedules, we might often skip giving the hair the attention it deserves. Let’s use this space to share helpful hair care routines or products that could benefit others.
Let me share mine,
I usually wash my hair every three days following these steps:
Applying coconut oil and aloe vera gel with a gentle massage and leaving it for half to one hour.
Washing the hair thoroughly with a shampoo and conditioner.
Drying the hair and applying rosemary water evenly on the scalp and hair.
I spray rosemary water everyday to my dry hair and I believe it indeed turned out to be a game-changer for my hair care.
So what hair care routine or products would you suggest for maintaining healthy hair?
I actually don’t use any hair care products. I just focus on a simple routine, keeping my hair clean, eating healthy, staying hydrated, and avoiding excess heat or chemicals. That works well for me.
That’s a lovely routine! I usually use almond oil once a week and avoid heat styling completely. A mild shampoo and natural drying work best for me. I feel a simple, consistent routine really keeps hair healthy.
Oiling our hair should be in haircare routine - oil should be warmed little, before applying - oiling should be done properly, first applying it to the scalp and hair ends to prevent splitting of hair. Then massaging hair for about 5 mins will be good.
Clean scalp has to be maintained for good hair growth without getting any hair problems.
Olden days routine like using soapnuts for shampooing our hair will be greatly useful.
In recent days, Rosemary water/oil is also useful in hair growth.
Everyone has different type of hair - so, one should try and learn that which hair care routine and hair products suit them.

Rosemary water is such a great tip! I’ve been using onion juice occasionally for scalp health, messy but surprisingly effective for hair growth. Additionally, the wishcare hair growth serum is doing wonders for my hair.
I use Bare Anatomy rosemary water. I spray it regularly and evenly on my dry scalp and hair and I have noticed a decrease in hair fall and also the growth of baby hairs.
I think a hair oiling regimen and a non-toxic drug store shampoo does the trick for me. But more important than either of those is good nutrition and good blood circulation. One must eat well and get sufficient exercise for good hair health.
This hair care routine is good to prevent the damage and promotes the hair growth. Normally i wont use any hair care products. I use coconut oil thrice in a week .I apply one hour before bath and gentle massage then wash it properly
