Scalp Massage (Shiro Abhyanga)
Massage your scalp 2–3 times a week using warm Ayurvedic oils like:

  1. Gentle Cleansing – Use a mild, sulfate-free shampoo 2–3 times a week to avoid stripping natural oils.

  2. Conditioning – Always use a conditioner to reduce breakage and frizz.

  3. Diet & Hydration – Eat protein-rich foods (eggs, nuts, pulses) and stay hydrated. Hair health starts from within.

  4. Avoid Heat & Chemicals – Limit styling tools and harsh treatments like bleaching or straightening.

  5. Scalp Care – Keep scalp clean; treat dandruff or infections early.

  6. Supplements if Needed – Biotin, iron, zinc, and vitamin D, especially if there’s hair loss.

  7. Stress Management – Chronic stress affects hair growth, so mental wellness matters too.
