I always stick to one simple skin rule: never skip sunscreen even indoors! It protects against early signs of aging, sun spots, and more, without any extra effort.
Whether it’s a cozy study session or grocery run, a little SPF goes a long way in keeping skin healthy long-term.
True.
U gotta wear sunscreen even on rainy days!
UV rays take no rest
Oiling before head wash.
Clean and hydrated skin
I always clean my face with rose water, which helps to clean dirt and dust from my face.
I still use multani mitti, with sandalwood powder, neem powder, raw milk and rose water.
I use rose water as a toner
As its a bit astringent
I never step out of the door without applying my sunscreen and lipbalm.
I took ubtan bath daily to exfoliate my skin and remove tanning.
I always use Rice flour ,Besan flour, milk , turmeric make a thick paste apply for 10 minutes helps to keep the skin glowing
I do follow the routine of consistently applying mositurizer and sunscreen to improve my skin health. I also suggest being sufficiently hydrated to enhance the glow on skin.
Oh! Nice.
That’s great
Honestly, @DrSuneeti-Yemberi just drinking enough water and not messing with my skin too much.
Less is more sometimes.
I don’t follow many products, but I believe in simple care. Washing my face daily, using sunscreen, and drinking enough water really keep my skin healthy. I feel small habits matter more than expensive products.
One rule I always follow is: keep it simple and consistent. I wash my face twice a day with a gentle cleanser and never skip moisturizer even if my skin feels oily. I also try to drink enough water because it really shows on the skin. Sunscreen is a must, even when I’m indoors. And yes, I avoid touching my face too much to prevent breakouts.
I use neem powder with wild turmeric and trust me it’s a game changer my dardspots have started to fade and my acne have reduced
Never ever pop your pimple, drink lots of water.
Consuming atleast 3 litres of water, maintaining proper skincare regime would give me the best results i have always wanted.
I use rose water and multani mitti pack. Malai on skin works better because I have gotta dry skin.
