How to manage your protein intake being in a pg

Being in a pg and studying you are short of both money and time so how to complete the protein intake , by having following things
-eggs

  • lentils
  • Peanut
  • Seeds and dry fruits
  • Soy chunks
  • Chickpeas
  • Sprouts
  • Oats
    Do buy these in bulk and cook at home and eat
