Being in a pg and studying you are short of both money and time so how to complete the protein intake , by having following things
-eggs
- lentils
- Peanut
- Seeds and dry fruits
- Soy chunks
- Chickpeas
- Sprouts
- Oats
Do buy these in bulk and cook at home and eat

You don’t even have to cook. Just soak the ground nuts, chickpea, moongs and chana in water over night and next morning you can have the salad easy!
