Are external supplements really helpful....?

Now a days, there are lots of people those who take many supplements without doctor’s consultation. For instance they may prefer to take biotin gummies, vitamin D supplements, collagen supplements and many. What’s your say in this, are these supplements really helpful and needed? Are there any possible negative effects?

Supplements can support health - but if when used wisely, with precaution, based on need.

One of the most neglected aspects, in my view, in the way a nutritious meal often provides a great deal of the necessary nutrients without requiring for supplements. Efforts to enhance nourishment and lifestyle might prove more efficient than depending on various supplements.

Supplements are helpful when you are not at your best health, otherwise they are not necessary.

I was prescribed vitamin D supplements when i had very low vit D levels(10). It will definitely help in such situations, there is a limit to get through diet and sunlight!
