Both are useful and healthy.

Both Chia and Sabja seeds have their own health benefits. Chia seeds contain plant-based omega-3 fatty acids and that helps in heart health protection and can also reduce inflammation within the body. Besides, many studies report the presence of calcium in chia seeds which can help in strengthening the bones. Whereas, sabja seeds are mostly known for their antioxidant potential because of the presence of phenolic compounds (a type of phytometabolite) in them. The role of sabja seeds has been hugely documented towards the reduction of glucose spikes after meals and this can help Diabetes patients or patients who regularly have high sugar (i.e., glucose) in their blood.

Both seeds are helpful and have their own benefits

Both chia seeds and sabja seeds (also known as basil seeds) are nutritious and offer health benefits, but they have slight differences. Chia seeds are rich in omega-3 fatty acids, fiber, and protein, making them great for heart health, digestion, and sustained energy. Sabja seeds are excellent for cooling the body, aiding digestion, and controlling blood sugar due to their fiber content and natural cooling properties. If you want more omega-3s and protein, chia seeds are better; for digestion and a cooling effect, sabja seeds are preferred. Both can be included in a balanced diet depending on your needs.
