In my opinion, regularly skipping breakfast can contribute to long-term health issues and I’ve experienced this first-hand during my medical graduation days. I never intended to skip breakfast, but due to hectic schedules and long hours, I often didn’t get the time.

Initially, it felt tough, but over time, it became a habit. That said, I personally adjusted by focusing on having wholesome meals later in the day. While I believe breakfast is important, I also feel that if one maintains a balanced diet overall, missing breakfast occasionally isn’t the end of the world.
