I tend to overeat more when I’m stressed or not sleeping well.
Sometimes it’s not even hunger it’s just boredom, or eating because it’s there.
So, Iam trying to be more mindful now.
Overeating often isn’t just about hunger—it can be linked to emotions, stress, or habits. Being mindful of why and what we eat can help us build a healthier relationship with food.
Overeating exposes us to various health conditions and consequences which can lead to fatal condition. Overeating should be controlled and managed within time.
Overeating is more than just a full stomach it often reflects deeper emotional or psychological triggers. Whether it’s stress, boredom, or just routine, recognizing the root helps more than blaming yourself. I’ve found that mindful eating like pausing between bites or checking hunger levels can help break the habit and bring back balance.
Overeating harms health by causing obesity, diabetes, and heart disease. It strains digestion, lowers energy levels, and increases long-term health risks. Practicing mindful eating and balanced diets can prevent these issues.
