"Healthy or Just Hype? Let’s Find Out!"

Myth 1: “Eating less means eating healthy”

Truth: Eating too little can lead to nutrient deficiencies and low energy. Healthy eating is about quality and balance, not just eating less.

Myth 2: Eating late at night makes you gain weight

Truth: It’s not when you eat but what and how much. Late-night junk or heavy meals can affect sleep and digestion — but timing alone isn’t the culprit.

Myth 3: More protein = faster muscle gain

Truth: Excess protein doesn’t build muscle without exercise. Also, overdoing it may harm your kidneys.

Myth 4: Coconut oil is the healthiest oil

Truth: Coconut oil has saturated fat, which should be consumed in moderation. Oils like olive, mustard, or groundnut are better for regular use.

Myth - “Detox diets cleanse your body”

Truth: Your liver and kidneys already do the detoxing! Most detox diets are just marketing hype and can sometimes deprive you of essential nutrients

Myth 6: “Skipping meals helps with weight loss”

Truth: Skipping meals can slow metabolism and lead to overeating later. Eating balanced meals at regular intervals actually supports healthier weight management

I grew up believing that eating rice at night always makes you gain weight. But now I know it’s more about portion size and overall balance, not just rice. Learning the truth behind food myths really helps us eat smarter.

Myth 2 I really thought that eating late at night makes to gain weight.

“That you can lose weight by skipping meals.” I once believed that missing breakfast was a wise strategy for controlling my weight. To be honest, though, it only made me grumpy, exhausted, and tempted to seek for food afterwards. Regular eating ultimately proved to be far better for my health, energy, and happiness.wwwwww

I had earlier heard that brown eggs are healthier than the white ones and they are more natural and packed with more better nutrients. It seemed believable because brown eggs are generally expensive too. But now I know the truth that the color of an eggshell does not correlate with the nutritional value of egg and this color is because of the breed of the hen. Both eggs contain the same nutrients.

Detoxification by using special diet its a myth - while the body has natural detoxification system particularly liver and kidney. Our kidney and liver constantly working to eliminate the toxin from the body .detoxification using special diet product may not have scientific evidence and some may be even harmful
