It is true, in my recent experience i have suffering from sleeping disorders were my sleeping time is not fix i sleep late night sometimes therefore i have experienced headaches migraines problems.
Your diet also affects your brain .

Even though sleep and other things affect how brain stores memories, moments with strong emotions like fear or guilt is stuck in our memories for long periods of time. They even resurface later in life as they are prioritized in our long term memory storage by amygdala. Its brain’s way of making us remember important life lessons :brain:
