Today habits are building your future brain . But its not a easy task to build a positive change i feel our daily activities , environment , food and the way we think would also effect our day to day activity , people in today generation are focusing on mental health that’s a good initiative as mental health indirectly changes the physical health it happens most in women .

I agree. The healthy routines that include being physically fit, getting proper rest, and regulating the anxiousness, that we acquire today will benefit us in the coming years. From two weeks ago, even a minor change like a sleepless night may continue to affect one’s mental state and mood. So, it’s very much important to be mindful of our daily routines.
