why to treat someone bad , hospital not only run through good or best doctors , its also runs by all other staff too . Imagine having a good doctor but the staff handling the patients talk rudely and ill behave ? no one want to come back to that hospital.
so its best to treat every profession nicely irrespective of there job role.

There’s no need to compare health professions each one plays a vital role in patient care. Whether it’s a nurse, lab tech, doctor, or janitor, we’re all working toward the same goal: healing and helping. Respect should never be based on titles.

There is no need of comparison. Everybody want to be punctual and dedicated in their own jobs. In a healthcare system, all the people related to it want to follow the regular rules to run a good health care system.
