Yes I am. I feel Hierarchy should never be an excuse for a lack of courtesy. Most of the grunt work is done by them, so harmony in the team is needed for high quality patient-care.

Yes,I am very respectful towards nurses, assistant as I think,we doctor’s are incomplete without nurses.

You all know, today, especially in the UK, India, and some Commonwealth countries, “Sister” is a term of respect and affection for nurses, often creating a more familial and comforting atmosphere for patients.

Age, financial status, professional titles, influence, or authority never grant anyone the right to disrespect another person. Ultimately, it is about how much access and impact we allow others to have over our lives. Be mindful of where you invest your time and energy. Learn to say no to bullying. Most importantly, respect yourself first before allowing anyone else into your personal space.

Everything begins with self-worth. Do not give anyone the power to disturb your mental peace or compromise your physical health.
