Opportunities cluster at IITs and IIMs due to networks and visibility, not talent. Brilliant biotech ideas exist everywhere we just need inclusive mentorship, funding, and platforms for all innovators.
I too feel the same.. Here I have lost my 4 yrs due to lack of opportunity. Now am a graduate without experience. I didn’t want to spend my life in IT’s. Is that my mistake?
It’s really unfair that so many biotech students have amazing ideas but no money, mentors, or stage to show them. Somehow, all the attention goes to IITs and IIMs, even though talent exists everywhere. We just need more support for everyone so great ideas don’t go unheard. Saying from personal experience, people only invest in your project based on how reputed your college is, they don’t seem to care about the actual project or the person’s hardwork behind it.
